Our contact form
When you use our contact form to contact us, we require your name and email address in order to reply to you. When you click the submit button on the contact form, your message and contact details are sent to us via email and are stored in our email system.

Mailchimp Mailing List Subscription
If you choose to subscribe to our mailing list, the data you enter during the signup process will be sent to Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC), which we use to manage email marketing subscriber lists and send emails to our subscribers. You can read their privacy policy here:

Please note that we do not collect or process your credit or debit card details. These are however collected and processed by our payment processing service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (“PayPal”). The collection and processing by PayPal of your credit or debit card details and other personal data are governed by their terms and conditions. PayPal may from time to time provide us with information regarding the credits and debits made to your card in order to enable us to reconcile our accounts.

Google Maps and Google Fonts
We use Google Maps API from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California, 94043; “Google”) for the purposes of providing information to help you to find us.

We use Google Fonts API to provide the font faces we use on this website.

When using our website, user information and a user’s IP address will be transferred to and stored on Google’s servers in the USA. The use of Google Maps API and Google Fonts API, as well as the relevant data transfer and processing is governed by Google Inc.’s data protection policy: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

E-commerce
To keep track of cart data, we use 4 cookies:

woocommerce_cart_hash
woocommerce_items_in_cart
wp_woocommerce_session_
woocommerce_recently_viewed

The first two cookies contain information about the cart as a whole and helps us to know when the cart data changes.

The third cookie (wp_woocommerce_session_) contains a unique code for each customer so that it knows where to find the cart data in the database for each customer. No personal information is stored within these cookies.

The final cookie meta data or the products you have recently viewed, this allows us to show you the products in the various locations around the site.

__stripe_mid A token set by Stripe (payment provider) to facilitate the payment of online orders.
__stripe_sid A token set by Stripe (payment provider) to facilitate the payment of online orders.

Cookie Script
When you click “accept” on our cookie consent popup banner, a cookie called ‘cookielawinfo-checkbox’ is set so that you will not be asked to reconfirm your acceptance for a period of time. This will also set a “cookies.js” which determines whether you have accepted the cookie consent box. This ensures that the cookie consent box will not be presented again upon re-entry
